i'm gonna scold vuglarities....this is really stupid... as u guys n gals know.. i'm working part time as a customer service officer... well... today i had a veri stupid customer... this is really stupid... i hate customers who think they live in condos, they can scold n order ppl ard... they think they're rich so can anyhow order ppl... tell them wat to do liao still dun get it... sometimes those living in pte property are so much better than those living in condos... those living in condos can be so cocky.. ergghh... acted so superior.. as if it's all our customer service officers' fault...
yesh.. i'm referring to that customer as "U"... ermm not u guys who are reading now ah.... i'm meaning my frens...
yr gas leak, so i asked to to me and yrself a favour to switch off the damn regulator and take it out, give it a little shake to unclog it... u asked wat is the logic behind it.. like i said... to UNCLOG the damn thing lah... (noticed how pissed i am now as i'm posting now...) of course when i talked to him the tone is veri nice de... but now i'm feeling so F**king pissed by him.. yes it's a him.. the wife is more polite.. but the husband is the type whereby "CANNOT MAKE IT" category... u said wat kinda of service is this... i really wanted to ask u, wat kinda of service u wan... if i can get u to unclog that damn thing... it would do 3 parties good, which is U, me and the distributor.. u really think that distributor for yr side is tat nice to talk to izzit... u tried thinking and acting on my side... u had no idea how terrible that distributor can be... u had no F**king IDEA lor !!!! i hate to say any "F" word... but i'm really pissed by this damn customer.. so wat if u're living in a condo.. so ? does it mean anything ? i dun think so..
i'm not in a mood to be shouting and arguing, i got a lot of DEADLINES to keep track of... i'm not working here to be scolded by u lor.... who are u to scold me anyway.. u're not my mum, u're not my dad... i dun even know who the hell u are... so i can't be bothered with u.... u can go to hell, go fly kite... i dun care... juz get the hell out of my presence once and for all... u wanted to know my name, how to spell iZzit... take it lor... u wan to complain against me rite... by all means... i can't be bothered... it's not my freaking fault in the first place... i'm not afraid by any of your stupid threatening tones... u think u can make me feel scared and apologise rite...
